My Process
Self-Reflection
After I explored Strozzi, I reflected on what genuinely resonated with me and focused on themes that felt significant. Initially, I found Sarah's work challenging, as it struck me as objectifying. However, this discomfort sparked my curiosity to understand her perspective more deeply. This self-reflection became central to my approach and helped me look beyond first impressions and explore the complexity of her art.
Research
After selecting Sarah as the artist to study, I conducted thorough research into her background and artistic journey. This process allowed me to identify her most notable works as well as pieces that resonated with me personally. By analyzing both her intentions and my interpretations, I developed a more nuanced understanding that guided my discussion of her work in my presentation.

The OUTCOME
By challenging my own biases and initial skepticism, I was able to see Sarah’s work in a whole new light.
